Our Youth Initiative focuses on empowering children and youth through a 360-degree approach. We educate them on life skills, provide individual counselling, career guidance, and aptitude testing while raising awareness about child rights and comprehensive sexual education. Through our Hamari Awaz program, we inspire children to become community advocates and brand ambassadors for change. To prevent school dropouts, we offer educational sponsorships and support youth in sports and skill development, fostering financial independence and leadership. Our mission is to intervene early, fostering resilience and transformation, ensuring every child and youth thrives as a role model in their community.
WOMEN INITIATIVE
Launched in 2012, the Atmanirbharata program was designed to address the challenges of sustainability for single mothers, unskilled women, and youth seeking to improve their livelihoods. Through comprehensive training in entrepreneurship, vocational skills, and income-generating activities, we aim to uplift women by providing them with the necessary tools to thrive.
Our program has reached over 40,000 women across four dedicated Women Empowerment Centres. In addition, we introduced Mauka, an extended initiative of the Atmanirbharata focused on empowering skilled women with the resources and training required to launch their own startups. We also operate the Sakhi One Stop Centre in Mundhwa, a government-sponsored initiative that offers critical support to women in distress. Our vision is to create a self-reliant and resilient community of women equipped with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to achieve economic independence and transform their futures.
RURAL DEVELOPMENT
In Maval's 33 rural & tribal villages, our social work initiatives have made a profound impact across multiple areas, enhancing both the health and well-being of local communities. Through our Health and Safety programs, we’ve improved access to vital healthcare services with ambulances for tribal villages, mobile health clinics, and capacity building of primary health care centers. We’ve promoted health awareness and hygiene by distributing hygiene kits and installing direction boards for road safety. In education and poverty alleviation, we’ve supported tribal children by providing digital learning kits, school bags, and tablets, ensuring access to quality education. Our efforts under People & Society include seed funding for tribal women to boost entrepreneurship and campaigns like Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) Prevention. Through environmental initiatives, we’ve launched tree plantations, solar street lights, and water treatment plants, creating a sustainable future for these communities. Our holistic approach fosters economic development and innovation, improving lives and paving the way for long-term prosperity in these underserved villages.
Our Humanitarian Aid & Feeding Programs provide life-saving support to those affected by natural disasters, pandemics, and extreme poverty. We respond to meet immediate needs, offering essential food security, medical care, and counselling services, while taking a long-term approach to rebuilding lives through support in education, healthcare, water & sanitation, and employment. Every month, we distribute thousands of meals and groceries to childcare centres, orphans, and vulnerable families and provide supplementary nutrition to single mothers and HIV-affected families. Our street feeding initiatives also assist the homeless through various outreach programs. We encourage donations from individuals, companies, and organisations to help sustain these vital nutrition-based projects, aiming to support orphans, single women, and marginalised community members and expand our reach to benefit even more families in need.
